Human values are non-negotiable. Within Magis walls are spaces designed to enhance the well-being. We leave a lot to nature, allowing natural light and air to do their thing, but we enhance indoors with technology when nature needs some help.

Since indoor air quality can be up to 5x more polluted than outdoor air, a typical home puts us in chambers filled with carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), gas leaks and dust -- a breeding ground for allergies, asthma, and other respiratory and cardiovascular risks. To safeguard against such, we’ve equipped our homes with Awair™ to automatically monitor air quality and manage it by controlling virtually any air purifier in the market that plugs into an electrical outlet.

Our spaces also incorporate ProjectZ, a researched-based design solution that encourages rejuvenating sleep and a foundation for a healthier life.
